The villa has 3 floors and a big outside area with pool terrace and sun loungers. - Big capacity for 14 people in 12 luxury bedrooms, all with a private bathroom bath and or shower. The Villas location is only 10 minutes by car from the center of Palma city center.

There are 12 bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom with either shower or bathtub. There are 4 bedrooms on on each floor.

- On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms with their own balcony and their amazing views of the Serra the Tramontana.

- 4 bedrooms with private bathtub

- 4 bedrooms with "Chaise Longue"

- On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table with fantastic views of the "Serra de Tramontana  (declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO) and the terrace.

- On the lower ground floor, you can find a living room with a lounge area and an 'office' area, a bar with a window overlooking the pool, a gym, a massage room, and the laundry room.

- Outside you have a large terrace with salted water pool, sunbeds, "gazebo" with a shaded area, a chill-out area with sofas, a bar area with 2 fridges and a gas barbecue.

The pool and the outdoor area: Enjoy the sunny weather of Mallorca while you dip in the saltwater pool. The perfect way to escape the Mediterranean heat is in our pool while you can enjoy your company and the surrounding area. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds, a Balinese bed, and sofas where you can enjoy a enjoy drink from the pool bar.

Outside Chill out area: This is the ideal place where you can disconnect and let yourself be carried away by the surrounding views, the tranquility of the place, and the relaxed atmosphere while you have a drink from the pool bar. The best way to enjoy your holiday on the island. This is a place designed for you in order to disconnect and relax.

The kitchen and the dining room: On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen to use when and how you want. There is the large dining room, where you can find a big wood table and chairs that can accommodate up to 14 people, overlooking the pool area and the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains. · Lobby and living room: On the lower ground floor, we have a large living room with a lounge area where you can disconnect, read, watch TV, and get to know people while you can also use the bar area. You will find alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the bar at your disposal. There is also a big skylight window, overlooking the pool area.

Massage room and gym: At Villa Rainbow Mallorca we believe in the wellbeing of the body and mind through sports and exercises, this is why you can find a gym area on the lower ground floor, where you can do your daily exercise. The Arnold Classic Gym at Rainbow Home is a fully equipped gym for your wellbeing at your disposal.

We also have a massage service available upon request.

Bedrooms:

The Villa offers 3 types of bedrooms, which are 4 in each floor and the amenities are:

4 bedrooms with a double bed of 140cm and ensuite bathroom ( bathtub next to the bed ), hairdryer, Smart TV with satellite connection, Netflix, disposable toilet set, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and heating unit, towels and sheets.

4 bedrooms with a double bed of 140cm with ensuite bathroom with shower, private terrace with "Serra de Tramuntana" views, hairdryer, Smart TV with satellite connection, Netflix, disposable toilet set, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and heating unit, towels and sheets.

4 bedrooms with a double bed of 160cm with ensuite bathroom with shower, sofa, hairdryer, Smart TV with satellite connection, Netflix, disposable toilet set, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and heating unit, towels and sheets.

Parking: Guest can park their cars outside the villa to load and unload the luggage. There is a free public car park only a 5 minute walk away. 

Catering: The Villa is set-up for self-catering. We don't offer any breakfast but there is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a wide choice of cafeterias, supermarkets or bakery within 5-10 minutes by car in the village "Secar de la Real" or nearby Palma city.

CYCLING FRIENDLY

At Rainbow Home Mallorca we know that cycling is one of the favourite pastimes for many people on the island. Among our facilities you will have your own indoor bicycle storage/parkingand a mechanical workshop just for you! 

Also, if you are a great lover of cycling, we offer you the best mapped routes to enjoy this wonderful sport and the most beautiful landscapes of the island. Rainbow Home Mallorca stands out for its privileged location near the city of Palma but with a perfect access to the nearby Serra de Tramuntana.

We also offer several massage services for athletes that you can book during your stay.

Parking

Guest can park their cars outside the villa to load and unload the luggage. There is a free public car park only a 5 minute walk away.

Transport

FROM THE AIRPORT

If you come from the airport you have many choices: you can rent a car ; you can take a taxi just outside the arrival hall or take the EMT bus. In this last case, you need to take bus nº 1 from the airport towards the city centre of Palma and change at Plaza de España, where you will take bus nº 16 towards Establiments and you can get off at stop 510, which is just in front of Rainbow Home.

BY TAXI

If you come by taxi, you must tell the taxi driver to go to establiments and give our address. You will find us at number 46 of the Carretera de Esporlas.

BY BUS

If you need to come by public transport, the bus is your best option. Right in front of Rainbow Home Mallorca is located a bus stop of the EMT. Specifically line 16 at stop number 510 of Carretera de Esporlas.
