We (two families) had a really lovely stay in this luxurious and spacious villa. The villa is in a quiet location close to the beach/restaurants and easy access by bus to Puerto Alcudia/Alcúdia's old town.
The hosts were always helpful and responded quickly to queries when needed. The villa is well equipped and has a fantastic pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Alcudia. The villa is so perfect, so close to the beach (1 minute to walk) and Albert is the perfect host. The villa is really big and spacious. We were 8 people staying there for 1 week and it was more than enough room for everyone.
The pool is bigger than in the picture and actually deeper than you would think. It has 6 sunbeds outside if you want to stay by the pool instead of going to the beach. The outside area was also spacious and had a dining table that fitted us all.
The only problem with the outside area is that the neighbors are just 20 meters away, so you have to be quiet at night and there is no room for using the pool in the late evenings and nighttime. The Villa was perfect, big, clean and you absolutely get value for money!

Thereby NOT offering and NOT providing any kind of Hotel like services like; reception, drinks or meals, maid/ cleaning services, etc. Some of these services can be provided upon specific request.
Tourist Tax to be paid in cash at arrival. Max €2,20- per person (16 and older) per day. For self-catering accommodation, the daily tax rate is € 2,- per person per day. (with discounts of 50 percent for stays in low season (Nov-Apr) and stays off longer than 9 days during the high season).
This home is equipped with expensive furniture. We ask guests to treat it with care.
- No smoking is allowed anywhere in the home. On the terrace, it is allowed to smoke but mind the neighbours please!
- No parties or loud music. No loud noise after 23.00
- No groups of youngsters under 25 years of age
NOTE: - Electricity is charged separately at €0,30 kW/ hour. Therefore at the beginning of the stay, a €100,- per week cash deposit must be paid extra in advance.
