The apartment building consists of 9 apartments on three floors - ground, first and second floor, with three apartments on each floor.
The bright apartments on the ground floor have their own terrace, each of the six apartments on the upper two floors has its own balcony.
The fully equipped apartments are ideally suited for self-catering and families with children, as well as for groups of four to six people.
Each apartment (approx. 45 m²) has a shower bathroom, two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds, and a small salon with another sofa bed for two persons.
Each apartment is equipped with WiFi , satellite TV and air conditioning (hot/cold). The kitchenette integrated into the salon is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. In the cooler season, the rooms are heated via the air conditioners.
Guests have access to the outdoor pool, which is located in the garden belonging to the apartment building. Between the property and Calle Falcó is a wide green strip covered with orleander bushes. The apartments can be rented all year round.

The apartment building is located on Calle Falcó in Puerto Pollenca's popular Gotmar district and is connected to Pollença's beach promenade by a small street. After three hundred metres, the sea greets you. The beach promenade leads to the centre of Puerto Pollença, about one kilometre away, and to the right, quiet beaches shaded by pine trees invite you to relax. There is a small supermarket, restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity.
